  • Résumé

    Ce projet de thèse consiste à analyser la dimension psychanalytique des symptômes obésité et anorexie à travers une approche familiale. En effet, pourquoi dans certaine famille le symptôme qui se manifestera chez l'adolescent sera le surpoids et dans d'autres familles ce sera l'anorexie ? La problématique qui en découlerait serait une défaillance du dispositif familial où le symptôme aurait pour fonction de maintenir une homéostasie afin notamment de ne pas remettre en cause les places de chacun. Serait-on alors dans une fonction oméga somatique où le sujet utiliserait son corps pour exprimer le péril au lieu de bâtir un univers dangereux, en rapport avec les failles de la contenance ? Il actualiserait ainsi une menace mortelle en contractant une maladie grave.

  • Résumé

    This project of thesis consists in analysing the psychoanalytic dimension of the symptoms of obesity and anorexia across a family approach. Indeed, why in some family the symptom which will manifest itself at the teenager's will be the oerweight and in other families it will be anorexia? The issue which would follow from it would be a malfunction of the family system where the symptom would have as function to support ahoméostasie notably not to call into question the places of each. Would it be then an omega somatic function where the subject would use its body to express danger instead of building a dangerous world, in touch with the faults of capacity? He would express so a lethal threat by contracting a serious illness with his body.
