    Interpretation of contracts in French law and in Common law. The work is carried out with the comparison between French law and Common law. After collecting background information on the topic, the two legal systems and legislations of the different countries will be studied and analyzed. For next step, I am to learn practical cases by collecting information from local courts and arbitration procedures, from law firms and offices and from international companies. This will help me to compare the results and see the differences of interpretation of the contracts in these two legal systems. Also, the problems of the two systems will ve studied and analyzed. The specific attention will be given to the difficulties of interpreting international contracts and solutions for these problems. To achieve this, I aim to study practical cases and legislations simultaneously at international level.
