Résumé
Émanant d'une pratique en milieux dits extrêmes (cliniques de la rue et hospitalière), le présent projet doctoral veut sonder les principales conceptualisations de la santé, via plusieurs disciplines s'articulant à la psychologie. Entre philosophie (de la médecine) et psychanalyse, notre projet de thèse entend étudier et mettre en synergie les sens de la santé en tant que vocable et champ administratif (partie I), concept philosophique inscrit dans un débat cinquantenaire (partie II) et notion ayant une expression latente au cœur de la clinique psychanalytique (partie III). Dans ce cadre pluridisciplinaire, notre projet doctoral prend à contre-pied la rebutance répandue en psychanalyse envers le concept de santé. Ce projet gravite autour d'un axe de questionnements théorico-clinique et épistémologique : jusqu'où et comment l'esquisse d'une définition canguilhémienne de la santé ressaisit-elle l'hypothèse de l'inconscient freudien ?

Based on a practice in so-called extreme contexts (street and hospital clinics), the present doctoral project aims at exploring the main conceptualizations of health, through several disciplines linked to psychology. Between philosophy (of medicine) and psychoanalysis, our thesis project intends to outline and synergize the meanings of health as a term and an administrative field (part I), a philosophical concept inscribed in a fifty-year old debate (part II) and a notion having a latent expression in the heart of the psychoanalytic clinic (part III). Within this multidisciplinary framework, our doctoral project counters the widespread rejection of the concept of health in psychoanalysis. This project gravitates around an axis of theoretical-clinical and epistemological questioning : to what extent and how does the outline of a Canguilhemian definition of health recapture the hypothesis of the Freudian unconscious ?
