Résumé

A partir d'une pratique de psychologue clinicienne, l'auteur interroge les fonctions du psychodrame psychanalytique. Le psychodrame comme outil clinique intéressant et précieux reprend ici les événements de vie d'une patiente atteinte de psychose maniaco-dépressive à partir d'un cas clinique unique. Il permet dans un lieu de travail psychique, la reconstruction des événements de vie déniés au fil des séances et met en évidence l'installation de sa symptomatologie bipolaire, à savoir les épisodes d'oscillations en accès maniaque ou mélancolique (rupture, rejet, amour, haine, violence, manque d'appui symbolique, perte de points d'ancrage, Echec de la métaphore paternelle, Forclusion du Nom du Père). La psychose maniaco-dépressive, que l'on rencontre fréquemment dans notre clinique vient pointer la difficulté de l'inscription du lien social, de cette capacité à donner existence à son être dans cette clinique du réel. Par rapport à la série de traumatismes cumulatifs vécus par la patiente, nous avons tenté de retracer le cadre de ce miroir brisé, d'y dessiner les figures de bord afin qu'elle puisse se réinscrire enfin à l'âge adulte dans son histoire personnelle. Le psychodrame psychanalytique a favorisé un cadre privilégié au processus psychothérapique pour travailler dans une mise en scène groupale, l'impact des traumatismes vécus, voire déniés par la patiente bipolaire. J'ai montré l'utilité du psychodrame dans sa fonction de révélation de l'inconscient individuel et familial. Dans ce véritable travail thérapeutique, on a touché aux imagos et on a tenté de remettre en mots les conflits inconscients. C'est ici un travail de remaniement psychique, de restauration d'une identité propre perturbée, par un travail de distanciation à l'objet interne et aussi une réorganisation de l'instance idéale perturbée, mal introjectée: La mère archaïque» toute bonne ou toute mauvaise, toute puissante en tout cas. Le psychodrame a permis de mettre en lumière la renaissance d'une histoire d'amour et haine, un retour de l'affect par l'amplification émotionnelle du fait du groupe. Sa problématique archaïque est en lien avec la toute puissance maternelle, ce premier Autre qui a contribué à la figer dans une répétition mortifère, clouée sur son lit dans le noir, lorsqu'elle ne vient pas, anéantie par l'histoire douloureuse de sa naissance, en devenant l'ombre de la pulsion de mort. La souffrance psychique de la patiente engendre un mouvement en direction des forces de déliaison, donc de la pulsion de mort. Le déni de sa souffrance interdit l'accès à la représentation.
