Résumé

Nous nous focaliserons particulièrement sur l'huile de palme, puisque l'Indonésie est actuellement le premier producteur mondial. L'examen des différentes orientations de production du biodiesel sera faite en utilisant les sources d'information classiques : bases de données commerciales comme Chemical Abstracts et ISI ou des bases de données gratuites et principalement les bases de données brevets. Des analyses bibliométnques poussées nous permettrons de dégager les principales orientations des méthodes de production, ainsi que les acteurs industriels dans ce domaine. Nous travaillerons ensuite à partir d'un certains nombre de méthodes qui vont nous permettre parmi les procédés de fabrication de sélectionner les procédés les plus aptes à être utilisés. En effet suivant les sources de produit de base les procédés chimiques de traitement peuvent varier et donc l'économie globale du procédé. Nous traiterons ensuite le cas des Nord Sulawesi. Cette province indonésienne est particulièrement riche en ressources naturelles, mais elle a un déficit très marqué dans le domaine de la production d'énergie, principalement au niveau de l'électricité (baisse de régime, coupures, etc. ). En conclusion de ce travail propose la mise en place dans la région d'une cellule d'Intelligence Economique qui en réunissant les informations stratégiques sur le sujet et en animant des groupes d experts régionaux ou nationaux pourrait devenir une force de proposition pour donner aux décideurs politiques les informations nécessaires à la prise de décision. En outre, le choix des développements industriels locaux devraient être classés en fonction de leur demande énergétique pour harmoniser les projets et rester dans le domaine du possible.

Résumé

In this work, we examine the renewable energy sources first of all being able to lead to the production of the biodiesel. We will focus ourselves particularly on the palm oil, since Indonesia is currently the first world producer. The examination of the various orientations of production of the biodiesel will be made by using the traditional information sources: commercial databases like Chemical Abstracts and ISI or of the free databases and mainly the databases patents. Thorough bibliometrics analyzes we will allow to establish the principal lines of the methods of production, as well as the industrial actors in this field. We will work then starting from certain a number of methods which will allow us among to select the various processes ready to be used. Indeed according to the sources of basic commodity, the chemical processes of treatment can vary and thus the total economy of the process. We will treat then the case of North Sulawesi. We thus examined how the production of biodiesel starting from accessible sources in Sulawesi could contribute to a local energy production. Within this framework palm oils, of coconut, and Jatropha were considered like energy source. We determined that it would be the best possible production, by privileging the production either in "batch" or in small units delocalized to avoid to transport the raw materials, the highway network being difficult and the railway network not existing. This study a been supplemented by an economic study where the costs of the various systems of production were analyzed (biodiesel, geothermal, photovoltaic, water power, wind energy) according to the possible productions then compared with the energy current deficit of the province and then with the extrapolation of the needs in energy taking into account the growth of the population. Conclude this work the installation of Unit of Competitive intelligence is proposed.
