Cette thèse se décompose en deux parties : la première s’est focalisée sur les aspects juridiques, techniques et économiques liant les aéroports marocains gérées sous forme de régies directe de la R. A. M en analysant les points forts et les points faibles découlant de l’interaction de plusieurs organismes publics. La seconde, par contre devait être centrée sur les implications de la gestion aéroportuaire totalement décentralisées et ayant apporté certaines solutions administratives voire pratiques par rapport à cette nouvelle forme de gestion.

This these is decomposed into two parts ,: the first one was focused on the legal, technical and economic aspects linking the Moroccan airports managed in the form of static control and administration (self control) directly from airport with Royal Air Maroc by analysing the positive points and the weak points ensuing from the interaction of several public bodies. The second, on the other hand must be centred on the involvements of the airport management totally decentralized and having some administrative solutions even practical with regard to this new shape of management
