Résumé

Les privatisations françaises et tchèques ont commencé presque simultanément. Pourtant, elles ont été effectuées dans des conditions économiques et institutionnelles différentes et ont également eu des conséquences différentes. La première partie de la thèse explique les notions clés de l'approche institutionnelle et également son rôle dans le projet : les deux vagues de privatisations françaises ont été les processus caractérisés par un haut degré de l'institutionnalisation ; au contraire, la redistribution tchèque des biens étatiques comportait les " privatisations institutionnalisées " et les " privatisations spontanées ". La deuxième partie montre la relation entre l'évolution du secteur privé et public français et tchèque d'un côté et les aspects politiques des privatisations françaises et tchèques de l'autre. La troisième partie analyse l'influence sociale des privatisations françaises et tchèques sur les environnements concrets. On étudie l'influence de privatisations par coupons sur l'organisation sociale dans l'industrie tchèque et l'influence de la privatisation sur l'organisation sociale et les employés de France Télécom

Political and social aspects of French and Czechoslovakian privatizations

Résumé

Despite the fact that the French and Czech privatisations started almost simultaneously, both processes were realized under different economic and institutional conditions. The first part of the thesis explains key notions of institutional approach as well as importance of the approach for the project: the two waves of French privatizations were highly institutionalized processes while the Czech redistribution of the state assets into the private hands involved " institutionalised privatizations " as well as " spontaneous privatizations ". The second part of the thesis tries to grasp relationship between evolution of Czech and French private and public sectors on the one hand and political aspects of recent Czech and French privatizations on the other hand. The third part of the thesis explains the social impact of French and Czech privatisations on the concrete environments. We analyse influence of voucher privatization on social organization in the Czech textile industry and impact of privatization on social organization and employees of French Telecom.
