Résumé

La présente recherche a comme objectif de mettre au jour la psychopathologie de la paternité dans les premiers mois d'après la naissance de l'enfant, et surtout d'envisager la spécificité des états névrotiques et psychotiques du père, qui semble à être complètement différents de la pathologie maternelle. Nous avons présenter, premièrement, un exposé métapsychologique des principales théories et recherches sur la masculinité et la paternité, et surtout sur les relations précoces père-nourrisson. Nous continuerons avec une description de la psychopathologie et de la dépression paternelle, dans la théorie et la clinique psychanalytique classique et contemporaine. Et, finalement, nous avons présenter l'approche méthodologique, les cas cliniques, les discussions autour de ces cas et la problématique étudiée.

Résumé

The main aim of this research is to enlight the psychopathology of the parenthood during the first months after the baby birth, and especially to outline the specificity of the neurotic andpsychotic states ofthe fathers, that is to be so different by the mothers psychopathology. We have presented, in the first part of the research, a review ofthe main theories and works on the masculinity and ofthe fatherhood, and we pay attention on the primary relationships father-baby. We continued with a description of the father psychopathology end also the fatherhood depression, as they are found in the actual and classical theory and clinic. Finally, we presented the methodology of the research and the clinical cases, the discussions around the cases and the conclusions/prospections of our theme.
