Résumé

Au fil d'une pratique de psychologue clinicienne à l'écoute de femmes alcooliques, nous avons été particulièrement sensibles à la récurrence dans le discours de ces femmes de la question de la féminité et des difficultés qu'elle leur posait. Ce travail de recherche se propose donc de répondre à cette interrogation : qu'en est-il de la féminité chez la femme qui boit ? A l'aide de la théorie psychanalytique et de ses auteurs de référence en particulier Freud et Lacan, nous tentons d'ouvrir et d'éclairer cette question à partir de deux axes de réflexions : Comment une femme qui a recours à l'alcool s'inscrit-elle en tant que sujet femme désirant ? Comment un être qui naît anatomiquement fille peut advenir en tant que sujet féminin ? En travaillant le concept de féminité mascarade, qui est selon nous, le propre de la féminité, nous avons mis en évidence comment une femme alcoolique en carence avec la métaphore paternelle est dans une impossibilité à mettre en scène cette mascarade féminine. N'ayant pas eu de réponse opérante par le père à sa question de femme, une femme alcoolique a recours au toxique alcool pour oublier cette non reconnaissance primordiale.

Résumé

With the passing practice of a clinician psychology listening to alcoholic's women, we were particularly sensitive to the recurrence of the femininity question and the difficulties that they have to go through. These researches on this subject propose an answer to the following question : what about femininity for an alcoholic woman ? Thanks to the psychoanalytical theory and particularly with reference to Freud and Lacan, we try to open and to throw light on this question centred on two main thoughts : how an alcoholic woman may identify herself as a woman ? How a human being anatomically female may become a woman ? Working on the masquerade femininity's concept, which is according to us, the proper meaning of the femininity, we have put in evidence how an alcoholic woman shirking of father's metaphor is unable to put in scene her feminine masquerade. Without an appropriate answer from her father to her question of femininity, an alcoholic woman is using the toxic alcohol in order to forget this non recognition of prime necessity.
