Résumé

L'auteur centre sa réflexion sur la capacité de rêver, de fantasmer chez les enfants hyperactifs ainsi que sur la dimension intersubjective de ce trouble. Pour ce faire, une population d'enfants hyperactifs et non consultants, âgée de 6 à 8 ans, a été constituée. Le dispositif mis en place s'est appuyé sur l'utilisation d'une médiation particulière : le collage et sur la passation de tests projectifs (Rorschach et TAT). Dans le but de mettre à l'épreuve la manière dont l'enfant hyperactif travaille avec les images, une grille de lecture des collages a été également construite, qui rend compte de la dimension psychique, relationnelle et des modalités d'approche des images (dans le cadre de cette médiation) par ces enfants. L'utilisation de cette grille n'est toutefois pas limitée à cette clinique particulière. L'ensemble des données recueillies montre que l'enfant hyperactif présente une défaillance de la capacité de rêver, qui est liée à un trouble dans la constitution des auto-érotismes.

Résumé

The author centers his reflexion on the capacity of hyperactive children to dream and fantasize as well as on the intersubjective dimension of this disorder. To do so, a population of hyperactive and normal children, aged 6 to 8 years, was constituted. The study was based on the use of a particular mediation: the collage and on the making of projective tests (Rorschach and TAT). In order to test the way in which the hyperactive child works with the images, a grid of reading of collage was also built, which accounts for psychic dimension, relational and of the methods of approach of the images (within the framework of this mediation) by these children. The use of this grid however is nevertheless not limited to the special clinic. The sum of the collected data shows that the hyperactive child presents a failure of the capacity to dream, which is related to a disorder in the constitution of the auto-erotisms.
