Résumé

L'histoire éducative de l'enfant berbère marocain issu du milieu rural, n'a jamais suscité un grand intérêt de la part des chercheurs en sciences de l'education. Ce désintérêt est lié, à notre avis, à la complexité du statut social de cet enfant dans la société marocaine et aux tiraillements politiques entre les nationalistes marocains et l'administration de protectorat française qu'il a du connaître depuis le debut de ce siècle. Une recherche combinant l'analyse historique à l'étude des relations éducatives de l'enfant berbère marocain avec ces divers acteurs sociaux, est susceptible d'éclairer la nature ce ces rapports et aider à une meilleure compréhension de la place de cet enfant dans la societe marocaine. Une etape, à notre avis, decisive pour envisager un meilleur avenir. . . Il était, donc, nécessaire d'entamer cette étude par une analyse historique de la berberie. Un compte rendu des différents regards et représentations sur les berbères, allant des études anthropologiques élaborées au debut du siècle par d'illustres intellectuels francais, à la litterature orale, à savoir le fond culturel marocain véhiculé par la tradition orale. L'étude des réformes et orientations qu'a connu le systeme educatif marocain du début de ce siècle a nos jours, et l'analyse de l'influence française sur ce système s'imposaient et incitaient à exploiter d'autres formes de témoignage. L'éducation préscolaire apporte une autre vision de l'apprentissage et du rapport qui s'instaure avec l'enfant. L'enquête de terrain donne lieu à une analyse de représentations des enfants berbères et d'enseignants travaillant dans la région du Moyen-Atlas marocain. Tout en maintenant l'intérêt heuristique et épistémologique des modèles et types idéaux aidant à décrire et à analyser les cultures, cette étude tente de faire ééerger l'etayage de la culture sur la vie communautaire et la réalité des échanges vécus.

Résumé

The educational history of the maroccan berber children issued from the rural medium, has never benefit of a great interest from the researchers in the field of Education Sciences. This lack of interest is due, in our opinion, to the complexity of the social status of these children in the moroccan society and to the political tussling/conflict between the moroccan nationalists and the french protectorate administration. Such a situation was occuring since the beginning of this century. A research combining the historical analysis with the study of the educational relationship of the marroccan berber children with the various social actors, is likely to clarify the nature of this relationship and to contribute to a better comprehension of the position of these children in the moroccan society. This aspect is, in our opinion, crucial to consider/envisage a better future. . . It was, therefore, necessary to start this study by a historical analysis of Berbery. A report of the various sights and representatios concerning berbers, which are based on both anthropological extensive studies at the beginning of the century by famous french intellectuals and the oral literature, namely, deep down the moroccan culture that is conveyed by the oral tradition. The study of reforms and orientations to which the moroccan education system was submitted since the beginning of this century to this date, and the analysis of some french influence on this system are necessary and prompt to exploit some other testimony aspects. Pre-school education brings another vision about learning and the relationship that might be established with the child. Ground investigation generates an analysis of representations of the berber children and of teachers working in the area of the moroccan Middle-Atlas. In the same time, it maintains heuristic and epistemological interest of models and ideal standards which help to describe and analyze the cultures; this study tries to make emerge the backing up of the culture on community life and the reality of occuring excha
