L'objectif de notre travail est de connaitre le role de l'internationalisation du capital financier sous son double aspect de capital productif ou industriel et de capital argent ou bancaire sur le developpement du modele d'industrialisation par substitution aux importations (msi), entame au perou depuis la fin de la deuxieme guerre mondiale. Ainsi, a l'interieur du secteur industriel, les firmesmultinationales (fmn), en s'implantant dans des branches produisant des biens de consommation durables et des biens intermediaires, ont contribue au developpement du msi, ce qui a signifie en meme temps un accroissement de la participation du secteur externe dans l'economie nationale. Les fmn, n'ont toutefois joue qu'un role limite dans l'industrialisation du pays, car dans l'ensemble il apparait, qu'elles ont prefere investir dans les secteurs primo-exportateurs plutot que dans les secteurs industriels. En outre, des le debut des annees 70, l'expansion des banques multinationales (bmn) a provoque la crise du msi, car l'internationalisation du capital financier sous sa forme bancaire a entraine le perou comme beaucoup de pays en developpement dans une economie d'endettement, qui a pris uncours brutal a partir de 1975 et par consequence ebranle le regime d'accumulation par substitution aux importations. Si les bmn ont participe a la reproduction du regime d'accumulation par substitution aux importations, les fmn ont pour leur part concouru a sa destructuration.

The purpose of our work is to understand the role of the intemationalization of financial capital from the double point of view - of industrial and banking aspects - on the development of an industrialization model based upon the import substitution to importations (msi) wich was followed in peru after the second world war. In fact, in the industrial sector the multinational firms in sitting up within branches producing lasting consumer goods and intermediary products have contributed to the development of msi; this implication also amounts to an increasement of the conntribution of external sector within the national economy. However, the mnf have played a limited role in the process of industrialization of the country, because in general they allegedly preferred to invest in the primary sectors of exportation rather than in industrial sectors. Furthermore since the beginning of the seventies, the expansion of multinational banks (mnb) has led to the crisis of the msi. For the intemationalization of a financial capital in its banking form has run peru into a debt economy like many other developing countries. From 1975, this system has experienced a brutal turn and consequently it undermined the strategy of import substitution. If the mnb have contribued, on one band, to the reproduction of the regime of accumulation, the mnf have, on the other hand, taken an important part in its restructuring.
