Résumé

Dans cette these, en huit chapitres, j'ai analyse les notions d'amour et de creativite dans la philosophie existentielle et religieuse de nicolas berdiaeff. Le but de la these est de montrer l'ampleur et la portee de la notion berdiaevienne de l'amour. Apres une recherche sur le theme de l'amour dans la philosophie russe du dix-neuvieme siecle, dont vladimir soloviev notamment, j'ai explicite l'idee que berdiaeff se fait de cette notion-cle. Pour lui, l'amour peut revetir une dimension ascendante ou descendante; l'amour peut etre eros ou compassion comme energie de l'acte createur qui acquiert chez berdiaeff une signification de theodicee ou d'anthropodicee. On constate egalement une reflexion sur les themes de personne et de liberte, car la personne s'avere etre le germe createur en l'homme. La personne s'auto-cree par l'amour et la liberte. Nicolas berdiaeff entend cette autocreation comme la reponse creatrice de la personne a l'appel qui lui est adresse par dieu qui est createur.

Résumé

In my doctoral thesis i focused my attention on two pivotal ideas in the religious philosophy of nicolas berdiaeff, i. E. The ideas of love and creativity. The objective of my thesis is to evince the fundamental importance of the ideaof love in the universe of berdiaievian thought. Having done some historical research on the notion of love in the russian religious philosophy of the ninteenth century, in particular in the philosophy of vladimir soloviev, i then to make the berdiaievian idea of love explicit on this back-ground. For berdiaiev, love may bear a dimension of ascendance or of decendance; love may be eros or compassion, both forms of energy of the creative act that for berdiaiev are meant to be a sort of theodicy or anthropodicy. The philosophy of berdiaiev is deeply concerned with the existential meaning of what it is to be a person linked to its fundamental capacity of freedom. Personhood means that it creates itself in virtue of its love and its freedom. For nicolas berdiaiev this selfcreation is meant to be a creative answer, a personal response to the call of god the creator. Xtried
