Cette thèse tente de proposer une explication de l'entrée d'une force politique "nouvelle" dans le système politique italien dans la seconde moitié des années 80 et au tout début des années 90. Elle s'appuie sur un travail de terrain réalisé en 1990-92 en Lombardie, et tout particulièrement à Milan. Elle comporte trois parties : une analyse de l'idéologie de cette force ; celle de la genèse de cette dernière sur la longue et moyenne période de l'histoire politique italienne ; et enfin l'explication proprement dite , qui insiste sur le moment historique.

This thesis wish to offer an explanation to the entry of a "new" political actor in the italian political system in the second part of the 80's and at the early beginning of the 90's. Based on fieldwork in lombardy and specially in milan during the years 1990-92. First part is about ideology ; second one about its genesis on the long and medium term of italian political history; third one about the explantation itself which insists on the historical moment. (so a most boring thing i wish nobody has to read, unless he or she has a qite serious problem of insomnia. Could help not to do a phd - see conclusion).
