Ces etudes menees en milieu scolaire montrent que les activites physiques qui mettent de jeunes enfants face a des situations perilleuses sont a l'origine de modifications du statut sociometrique et des relations entre deux groupes-classes de statut social different. L'introduction de diverses activites (prise de risque, adresse, education musicale) revele que seuls les sujets soumis a la variable "prise de risque" se sont montres sensibles aux nouvelles valeurs suscitees par les competitions interindividuelles, modifiant ainsi notablement leurs relations entre groupes. Les resultats traduisent l'emergence et la persistance de liens reciproques entre membres des groupes initialement distancies ouvrant des perspectives d'integration des eleves en difficulte.
Risk taking, sociometric status and relations between groups
The research carried through schools, shows that physical activities facing children to "risk-taking" situations, lead to alterations in the socioletric status, as in the relationship between two different social-status school groups; introducing several kinds of activities (such as risk-taking; music, physical dexterity) proves that the children confronted with rist-taking actions, were the only ones to feel the new values created by personnal competition thus changing notably their group relationship. The results display an emergent and persistent link between members of former distant groups and consequently allow integration prospects for hindered children.
