Résumé

Ce travail a pour objet principal l'etude d'un groupe de logements sociaux edifies a lyon dans l'entre-deux-guerres, sur la base d'un projet de tony garnier. Grace a la diversite des archives auxquelles il a ete possible d'acceder, cette etude s'organise autour de plusieurs axes. Il s'agit non seulement d'aborder la question du logemnt social a lyon, notamment les conditions de production locale s'inserant dans les politiques definies sur le plan national, mais l'etude porte egalement sur les conditions d'acces aux logements construits. L'essentiel de cette recherche concerne toutefois les caracteristiques socio-demographiques des populations logees entre 1936 le debut des annees 1980. En dernier lieu, ce sont les "manieres d'habiter" que nous avons tente de cerner, de meme que leur mise en oeuvre, permettant finalement l'emergence, la constitution d'un veritable milieu de vie auquel les habitants se referent et s'identifient.

Résumé

This work's principal subject is a group of social habitations built in lyon between the two world wars, based on a tony garnier's project. The variety of the archives consulted get organized this study in many directions. It concerns not only to approach the question of social housir g in lyon especially the conditions of local production, which are integrated to the politics determinated on a national level, but the study thruns also on the conditions to access to those kind of habitations. The essential part of this research analyses the socio-demographics characters of the tenants populations between 1936 and the beginning of the eighties. At last, the "way to live in" was examinated, and, in the same way, his constitution, which autorizes the emergence of a real way of lige (community and or neighbourhood), which the tenants can refer and identify themselves.
