Résumé

L'etude est divisee en quatr parties. Dans la premiere, qui constitue une introduction au sujet, les caracteristiques principales de la halvetiyye sont presentees, ainsi que les sources utilisees. Les trois parties suivantes forment le corps de l'etude. Elles correspondent chacune a l'une des trois grandes periodes qui apparaissent dans l'histoire de la confrerie dans les balkans. La seconde partie est consacree au role qu'ont joue les halvetis dans la peninsule balkanique au cours des seizieme et dix-septieme siecles dans la double lutte menee a cette epoque par les autorites ottomanes contre les heretiques et les infideles, ainsi qu'a l'analyse de l'implantation de la confrerie dans la societe et dans l'espace roumeliotes. La troisieme partie porte sur le role joue par les membres de la halvetiyye a partir du dixhuitieme siecle et jusqu'a la fin de l'epoque ottomane, en particulier vis a vis du renforcement de l'element musulman dans ces regions, et sur l'evolution de la penetration de la confrerie. Enfin, dans la quatrieme partie, il est question de la dispariation et de la survivance des reseaux halvetis au cours de la periode post-ottomane, ainsi que des transformations qui sont apparus tant dans la place de la confrerie au sein de la societe que dans la vie confrerique elle-meme.

Résumé

The study is divided into four parts. In the first one, which constitutes an introduction to the subject, the main caracteristics of the halvetiyye are presented, as well as the sources used. The ghree following parts constitute the body of the study. They correspond to the main periods which appear in the history of the brotherhood in the balkans. The second part is devoted to the role played by the halvetis in the balkanc peninsula during the sixteenth and the seventeenth centuries in the double struggle conducted by the ottoman authorities against the heretics and the infidels, as well as the analysis of the implantation of the bortherhood in the society and the space of rumelia. The third part deals with the role played by the members of the halvetiyye from the eighteenth century until the end of the ottoman domination, particularly in connection with the reinforcement of the muslim element in this area. It deals also with the evolution of the penetration of the brotherhood. The fourth part, at last, concerns the disappearence or the survival of the halveti networks after the end of the ottoman domination, as well as the transformations which appeared concerning the situation of the brotherhood within the society on the one hand, and in the life of the brotherhood itself on the other.
