Résumé

Cette recherche doctorale porte sur les differents volets relies a la formation a l'approche au mourant et les competences requises de ceux qui dispensent cette formation ainsi que les habilites des intervenants qui accompagnent la personne mourante. L'objectif general est donc d'identifier les caracteristiques specifiques du formateur appele a repondre aux besoins educatifs des intervenants en matiere d'approche au mourant. Cette recherche est de nature descriptive; elle s'attarde a analyser les elements caracteristiques des dimensions etudiees a partir de la consultation d'experts en education ainsi qu'en soins palliatifs et aupres d'intervenants qui accompagnent des personnes mourantes. En conclusion, un programme valide de premier cycle universitaire est presente specifiquement pour les formateurs en soins palliatifs.

The educationnal profil of the intervening accompanists in relation to palliatives care and dying person

Résumé

This ph. D is bearing on the differents view connected to the formation on the approach of dying persons and palliatives care givers and the competence required of those who doing this formation. The general objective of this research is to identify the specific characteristics of the intervening persons who will be call to answer the educative needs of the intervening persons in matter approach to the dying persons. The descriptive nature of this search, keeps on to analyse the elements and characteristics of the educationnal dimensions of companionship. The autor first proceed by consultations with experts in the field of education and in palliatives care. Also he interviewed accompanists who fellow the dying persons. In conclusion, a valid educationnal program for the first cycle univesity is presented.
