Résumé

Le statut international des refugies politiques, defini par la convention du 28 juillet 1951, est a l'origine du regime juridique, applique en france, qui demeure tres perfectible. L'action des instances internationales et nationales n'est efficace que grace au concours que leur apporte le monde associatif, en particulier les organisations non gouvernementales. Le nombre croissant de refugies, ainsi que les difficultes conjoncturelles, engendrent des tensions, et sont a l'origine d'une mise en cause de la notion de refugie politique.

Résumé

The international statute of political refugees, defined by the convention of the 28 th of july, 1951, is a the origin of the juridical administration, applied in france, that remains very perfectible. The action of international and national authorities is effective only thanks to the help brought to them by the associative world, particularly the non governmental associations. The crescent number of refugees, as al so the conjonctural difficulties, generate tensions, and are at the origin of a question about the notion of political refugees.
