Résumé

Il s'agit dans cette these d'une approche technique et institutionnelle de la problematique de l'amenagement du territoire au maroc en prenant comme base et cadre territorial, la region, lieu privilegie de la programmation economique et de la participation des hommes a la confection de leur destin. Cette these, apres avoir analyse l'itineraire de l'amenagement du territoire au maroc a pose la problematique de l'adaptation des strucutres a l'organisation geohumaine de l'espace national et a propose des options nouvelles adaptee aux objectifs de l'amenagement.

Résumé

This thesis involves a technical and institutional approach to the problematic national and regional development in morocco, in taking the region as the basis and setting, as the privileged place in the economic programme planning and in the participation of men in making their destiny. After analysing the path of national and regional development in morocco, this thesis laid down the problems involved in the fitting of structures to the geo-human organization of the national area, and proposed new options focussed on the national and regional objectives.
