Pedagogical training for teachers in high school (6th-7th-8th grades): a case-study of the regional pedagogical training centers in rabat
This research consists in an attempt to diagnose pedagogical training and to suggest an active process whereby initial pedagogical training can be planned and systematically monitored. Based on a criticism of the mis-adapted and infantile aspects of the present state of the art, this research suggests the method for a new type of training setting itself in contrast with the traditional conception. This implies an analysis of needs and means and a definition of the objectives and contents linked to a set of conditions necessary to enhance autonomy and independence. Accordingly, it becomes imperious to modify the structures within the pedagogical spaces and the curricula. This aim at rational processing will meet with resistance to innovation, which requires the parallel preparation of continuous training and dialogue, both being based upon an organised and tested research-action. The inquiries have undergone statistical treatment with mathematical verification. An adequate bibliography comes together with the 2 volumes of text and adjoined documents.
