Résumé

La coordination des unites organisationnelles peripheriques est l'une des questions qui s'est posee et qui se pose toujours aux planificateurs des pays socialistes. Cette tache est d'autant plus complexe que ces unites sont dans une position intermediaire entre le comportement spontane guide par le marche et le guidage totalement determine par les organes centraux de la planification. En partant de la constatation que la dualite "plan-marche" continue a alimenter les reformes de l'entreprise socialiste, sans pour autant tracer les aspects majeurs et definitifs de leur management, notre etude se propose d'etudier cette problematique dans le cadre d'une economie planifiee particuliere, en l'occurrence l'economie algerienne, et ceci a partir d'une approche systemique.

Résumé

The coordination of peripheral organizational units remains one of the principal questions that ma}agers in socialist countries have been asked and are still being asked. This question is even more complex because these units are in an intermediary position between the spontaneous behaviour guided by market and that are totally determined by the central organs of planning. Taking into consideration the remark that duality "planmarket" continues to bring about reforms in the socialist enterprise without indicating however the fundamental and definitive aspects of their management, we propose in this study to deal with the problem in the setting of a particularly planned economy, in particular the algerian economy, and this, we shall do from a systemic approach.
