La construction du couvent des dominicains se situe entre 1250 et 1350. Cette periode correspond a l'introduction de la sculpture gothique au cloitre d'elne et aux chapelles du chateau royal de perpignan, puis a son extension et a l'affirmation de ses particularites aux couvents des carmes et de saint-francois de perpignan, au cloitre d'elne. . . - etude de la sculpture en roussillon entre 1250 et 1300. - etude des oeuvres sculptees entre 1300 et 1350. - la sculpture monumentale au couvent des dominicains.

The dominicans' monastery had been built between 1250 and 1350. This age coincides with the beginning of the gothic sculpture in the cloister of elne and the chapels of the royal castle of perpignan, then with its spreading and with the affirmation of its particularities in the convent of carmes and saint-francois of perpignan, in the cloister of elne. . . - study of the sculpture in roussillon between 1250 and 1300. - study of carving works between 1300 and 1350. - the monumental sculpture in the dominicans' monastery.
