  • Résumé

    The main research of this work will concern the elaboration and the impregnation of nanoobjects in ultraporous media, their HP compaction in membranes, as well as the verification of its functional, catalytic and mechanical properties. We will first study the impregnation of enzymes and the behavior of nanocomposite membranes in enzymatic catalysis. The development of photocatalytic membranes could be considered in a second time. The preparation of nanocomposite membranes and the study of their structural properties will be carried out at LSPM CNRS. Enzymes will be recombinantly engineered or purified from wild microbial strains. This second part will be supervised by the School of Industrial Biology (EBI). The ultimate goal of this work is to develop bioreactors with immobilized enzymes in innovative nanostructured materials for industrial applications: environmental and pharmaceutical.
