  • Résumé

    The motivation behind us using phosphorus dendrimersfor siRNA delivery is based on the reasoning that they possess intrinsic properties that are the easy regioselective functionalization of the core, the possibility to play with the hydrophilicity/ hydrophobicity of the surface and of the core, the interior being hydrophobic. Moreover, their biocompatibility and biodegradability as well as high thermal stability;
