Résumé

This study aims, to explain the korean phonological phenomenon in the framework of the government theory. The government phonology tries to seek the universal grammar of the phonology. It attempts to reach the goal by studying the possibilities of pooseesing a small number of universal principles with the parameters. The principal unity which conseitutes the segment isn't the distinctive traits, it is the element. In the theory, it is the element which undertakes to explain all the phonological phenomenons. The reinforcement is represented by the union of the elements and the weekness is represented by the loss of the elements. From the point of wiew of the government pholology, this study has cleard the causes of korean phonological changes (neutralization, glottalization, aspiration, assmilation, lenition, elimination of the cold vowel and palatalization etc. ), otherwise the governmental aspects in korean phonology.

Cette etude vise a expliquer les phenomenes phonologiques du coreen dans le cadre de la theorie du gouvernement. La phonologie du gouvernement a pour but de rechercher la grammaire universelle de la phonologie. Elle tente d'attendre ce but par l'etude des possibilities de posseder un petit nombre de principes universels avec des parametres. L'unite premiere qui constitue. Le segment n'est pas les traits distincitfs, c'est l'element. Dans cette theorie, c'est l'element qui se charge d'expliquer tous les phenomenes phonologiques. Le renforcement est represente par l'union dses elements et l'affaiblissement est represente par la perte des elements. D'un point de vue de la phonologie du gouvernement, cette etude a eclairci les causes des changements phologiques du coreen (neutralisation, glottalization, aspiration, assimilation, lenition, elison de la voyelle froide et palatalisation etc. ) autrmet dite les aspects gouvernementaux en phonologie coreenne.
