    Bank marketing : a new approach of the determination of supplier's satisfaction. This thesis introduces a ideal type used to determine the level of satisfaction of a consumer of services. This type identifies the criteria guiding the choice of services suppliers (bank) and the factors helping build the client's global satisfaction (smc's), wich is assesed after the service has been delivered.
